Deleting your data

Disconnect Facebook or Instagram

1. In Studio, open Social Accounts and choose Disconnect next to the account. Studio deletes its access key straight away.
2. You can also remove Studio in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove the app. Studio can no longer reach your account after that.

Delete your Studio data

Email the contact email shown on this page once it is published from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account or a workspace. We confirm the request and delete the data, including content and results that came from Facebook and Instagram, within 30 days. We keep only records the law requires, such as payment records.

Export first

If you'd like a copy of your data before it's deleted, say so in your email and we'll send you an export.
